    New, Need help

    Hi Guys,

Long time reader, first time joined. Fixing machines right here in Glasgow, Scotland.

Have an issue with a Ricoh MPC 3500 with ARDF 3010 attatched.

It is skewing the second side when duplexing. I have cleaned and stripped the duplex door, checked the laser, transfer, rollers and so on.

First side is always fine, printed or copied, second side always skewed. I get this from print, glass and DF. When I do no duplex runs, the machine never misses a beat and is in perfect alignment. It gets reduculous if you booklet!

    Any ideas? I'm fresh out.

Welcome, but read Mervyn's post above.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
