Sharp mx 4100

mx 4100 has an error code C1-10, I have changed the black main charge and checked connections, all ok
After resetting with 14 it eventually reset and printed for a short time before the code returned.

Has anybody had this problem?

The setting is lurking in Administrator Settings, press Special Function, press the down arrow to System Settings, press OK, you should see Admin Password , enter 5 zeroes, scroll down to fax settings and start hacking away :
