Hello. We are having an issue with this model and suspect the Carriage Sensor as the issue. It does fail the calibration but I believe I need to use a type of roll of glossy paper to calibrate so not certain if because of this it fails. I was using statndard bond paper during the test so maybe this is the issue. The machine was working where if you recentered the paper after the error and then resent the job it would work but it appears this was only temporary.
