    Konica Minolta C452 is not transmitting or receiving faxes

    Hi,

    Konica Minolta C452 is not transmitting or receiving faxes. The other functions are working to satisfaction - copy, scan, print. The phone line to the phone interface has been reconnected and dial tone is produced when an analog phone is plugged into it. There have been no changes to the settings since it was moved a monthy ago.

    Any suggestions?

          you might get a better response posting your question in the konica/minolta section. I do not work on these machines so I am not much help to you in solving the problem...sorry
