Xerox dc 12 erratic printing, say print 10 sheet in full color you may get 1 or 2 in color some in black some blank copy but in consecutive pairs, i fitted a new copy print cartridge, re set NVM settings still the same .HELP Please Thank you john.

sorted the problem it was the ibt retract clutch for the cleaning blade, interesting it only removes Y.C.M not the black ,hope this will help some body
