I recently took on a position as the MFP Fleet Administrator for a Fortune 1000 company. I have very little training on the Ricoh MFPs that are in use by the company. All that has been received thus far are from friendly local service technicians... hoping to gain additional understanding so as to avoid unnecessary service calls.

Re: Branching out
Make a friend with your Ricoh tech and he will provide a fast track for you free of charge
There are basics you have to know about Ricoh fleet then you are good to go until it really breaks so you have no idea how to fix.
I.e. - load paper "curl" down to avoid jams, clearing paper jams properly, resetting messages on a touch screen, loading toner etc.
Good luck! -
