IR 3530, jamming in heater unit

    IR 3530, jamming in heater unit

    I have a canon copier IR 3530, when copying from cassetes 1 or 2, jamming occurs in heater unit , but when copying from bypass try, it works normally, pls some one help me in this problem. thanks in advance
