    Hi...

    hi

great to see you all out here helping out.

I work for a charity - and it's time to lease a new copier, printer solution. Would really appreciate some pointers. Will try and ask some "intelligent" questions when I get closer to knowing what is required - without trying to ask that annoying question "What copier should I buy?" :-)

We run conferences in the summer - so our duty cycle peaks, We make a lot of booklets A5 - by hand !
Reliability is key - but sure that is true for everyone.

Our current copier - Panasonic CP405 - 40ppm A3 copier/printer. A decent workhorse. But it did need a little tlc to keep it happy.
Past 4 years b/w 200k -> 300K pages per year b&w, and 15k -> 30k col pages p/a. Most of which would be printed in 3 months in the summer.

Most of this is printed from pdf.

    Cheers
    A

Welcome, it would depend on what is in your area. What brands can you get with local service?
