Hi copytech! Problem trracking copy with PCC4 and ricofunction priority not available

HI im a newbie in this forum... with experience in Equitrac and ricoh products. looking forward to offer my help on these and also find advice where im stuck from y'all!
To begin with, im having some problems
    1. I cant completely lock down a ricoh aficio mpc2551 with equitrac's pcc4. The java function priority is set not set to java because i cant see the 'java tx' option under user tools>general settings>Function priority

    2. I am able to track copy activity with equitrac pagecounters but i cant track copy on devices that have Pcc4. These devices are ricoh aficio mpc 2551 and nrg mp 3350

Anyone with ideas on how to solve these?

    Thanks in Advance!!
