    Noob

    Hi all,

I do IT & Productivity for a company right outside of Pittsburgh. We used to lease all of our printers in the past and they came with support/service plans. Over the last couple months we decided to go on our own. We purchased one of our leases at a discount (if you can call it that) Sharp MX-2600N, and we also purchased a Kyocera C2126MFP+ about a month ago.

I've mainly just done help desk support for end users and wright some code here and there so I'm fairly new with this printer stuff. I was able to change the hard drive on our Sharp and get new firmware on it all by myself about 2 months ago (I was rather stoked about that one).

But either way that is what brings me here.......to be able to network and learn from others.

We'll let you in , even if you are IT .............

You may want to check the Sharp and the Kyocera Forums to see if you can help all us plain ole techs .... Keep you eyes open in the CONNECTIVITY forum as well , this is where you may see more subject matter that you are familiar with.

            OH YEAH !!! WELCOME !!!!!!!!
