    Hi guys, cant get into service mode for this model(Ricoh MPC3503sp) Help pls? Thanks...

                  Welcome, and the information you require is in the training guide that comes with the manual, you won't find it in the service manual itself

                      If you don't have the training guide, there was another tread on this model line that has it.
