    C652 Error C-2204

    Hi Guys

    We have checked the Toner collector unit - all clean but we could hear a "gear miss" on the inside and would think this would be the Cleaner Motor (M38)? We were wondering if we could just re-set the position of the motor to get the motor to turn the necessary gears again?

    Any feedback will be appreciated in this regard.

      Also to note that sometimes the machine will run without any indication of the issue - thus just asking what you have experienced in the past with simmilar issue. Ifwe leave the machine to "cool-down" we are able to print a couple of copies before getting the same error and noise again.

          First off, welcome to CTN!!

          Secondly, post your question in the correct forum to get a better answer... Most techs don't check the 'Newbie' section to help troubleshoot.

                                  Hey buddy,

                                  Katun sold a BIG, BAD lot of waste bottles. You'd think a hollow, plastic waste tank would be safe from non oem failure but you'd be wrong.

                                  The failure is the inside the tank, a weak auger.
