    Canon ir8500 2nd side void

    I have a Canon ir8500 when sending 11X17 print job, the 2nd side is voiding.
    Chargers restrung resently about 20% of life used and are clean.
    Seems to work OK when running 2 sided off the glass 11X17.
    Single sided work fine... Does any one have any Ideas?
