    Konica/Minolta C452

I've been in the copier business in Dallas/Fort Worth for 26 + years. I specialize in Ricoh copiers and would be more than glad to help in anyway I can. I currently have a Konica Minolta C452 where the 3rd tray is not recognized. On the copier screen it shows tray 1, 2, 4--the area where 3 should be is blank. Any suggestions?

It got disabled probably because of paper caught behind it. A reboot sometimes works if not you will need to do a trouble reset

Glad to have you join us.

Post your question in the Konica/Minolta copier forum. It will be seen by a lot more K/M techs there.

Remove paper behind tray, reboot copier.

Yep, just had yesterday one doing exactly that. Paper stuck behind the cassettes.
