cyan is not ok hp4700
14 days ago i serviced printer hp color laserjet4700 of my customer, a reported faulty was magenta not coming on documents. i found printer was dusted. i cleaned every angle of this printer.i cleaned all laser scanners,magenta cyan,yellow and black.after service printer working fine tested by customer and he paid my bills. after 4 days i received a call of my customer , complain now cyan color is not good.
this time i tried to check maybe something is out of position, checked laser scanner,transfer belt, toners are ok. i print event log, shows 54.0A,54.0F.00,54.0F.01. I make full and quick calibration several times, event logs changed,54.14,54.06.,54.08. shortly printer has cyan problem, as shown my attachments. let me know what cause , is it dc controller or?
