So I'm a sometime lurker of the forum. Already have found a lot of helpful info to get some printers and a couple of copiers up and running and even doing things I didn't think I could do.

I work in a small refurbishing / used equipment shop... on my own mostly... so I have no formal training. One day though... I have dreams
