    magenta colour not appearing

    am working on irc4580,when i run full auto gradation magenta color does not show on the paper at all.
    i have tried the machine with new magenta drum unit but the problem still exit.
    pls any help is welcomed

                  hi,

                  could be a clutch at the back of the machine, not 100 percent sure what one it is off hand, but there are 4 of them and they are interchangeable, swap one with another colour and see if if the problem moves, toner clutch or something similar if i remember.
