Konica Minolta Bizhub 6501- colors inboard / outboard is very different

Hello copytechnet,
I'm new to this forum and hope there is someone who can help with the following ...
We have a Konica Minolta Bizhub 6501, which we repair, with our own staff.
But there is recently a problem - the colors inboard / outboard is very different.
Can it be adjusted in the service menu, or is it a hardware failure?

hello and welcome,

a problem in color copy is easyer to solve when we can see the problem, try to send a full collor HD picture that shows what is happening. meanwhile you can clean the laser window glass seals and look for a unevem developer distribution
