Might be something going around. Like hack attacks slowing regions down. I have been having the same problem on the Panasonic Partners Portal. Will get an internal server error when clicking a link for a download. Click the refresh button and the download screen appears. Talked with someone from Panasonic Reseller Support who said that they have been getting a lot of complaints the last few days.
