    Are these considered spam?

    In the printer forum I came across this and this. I'd think those are spam, but I'd like to know for sure.

          Maybe not spam but they look like a violation of Forum Rule 8 Advertising - Posting or replying to posts for the express purpose of referring others to another commercial website is not allowed, If you want to advertise here please see this link (our paid advertisers are exempt from this rule but please don't over do it).
