    Cookies may need cleared

    Just FYI to all, I could not access the Ricoh forum until I cleared my browser cookies, and I made a new bookmark. Have a great day!

      Not a bad idea if you're having navigation problems, some of our URL's changed and then changed back so depending on when some of your last visits to the site were you could have some conflicting data in your cache.

          depending on which browser you use.. you should be able to set it to clear cookies upon shut down of the browser.
          you also might want to install Super Antispyware ( free ) .. it does a nice job on spyware and tracking cookies. I run it 3 times a week on my office desktop and twice on my personal laptop. You can set it to preserve your login info. that way you don't need to make a new bookmark.
