cant download Pdf files from smartphone

since a while i cant download pdf files anymore, if i try to download a pdf file an error appears (impossible to download file)

Just to clarify, are trying to download PDF files from CTN or upload PDF files to CTN. If you are trying to upload to CTN the PDF files might be larger than 38.15MB. This can occur if the files have extraneous data attached such as OCR. There is also a possibility though doubtful that you have reached the maximum number of uploaded files allowed by CTN. Otherwise most likely your account on CTN may have become corrupt making it appear that you have exceeded the maximum file count. and Aneurysm will need to clear it.

The problem is to download a pdf file....a ricoh bulletin for example.

Hi Codex, can you download PDFs when logged from PC? Any other file types download possible?
It might just be your smartphone updated or something like that.

I had the same issue. I couldn't download attached pdf bulletin from Firefox in Android 8.1.0 (Lenovo) Moto G5s. Drive PDF reader crashed always trying to open it.

[As I write this post I'm testing again, nothing has changed. Google Drive PDF reader says -unable to open .pdf file]

But works fine in Win10 + Firefox laptop.

Sorry guys
I have a Vip membership now, but still can't download any attached Pdf file.... If i try "impossible to download pdf file" appears.... Someone told me to reset my account, but how can i do that?... Had someone similar problems??
