HOW TO: How to quote a spammer

If you need to quote a spammer please delete most of their text and any links they posted. It's easy to deal with the spam but having to go back to clean up the quoted version is an annoying process. See @tsbservice's example for a great way to do it by replacing the spam text with a "..."

please don't pile-on and turn a good technical thread into a pile of FU Spammer posts.
