    Rep power

I notice that there were two good Reputations Received on behalf of my assistance. But my rep power has not change. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something and correct if I'm wrong. Is it admin that has control of rep power or do members who post there problems have control of controlling rep power?

I believe it's the members who have control.

I have tried to add to peoples rep power before and site won't take it. I check most sharp post and wazza and blackcat and others have good answers so I try to add to their rep and it either won't show up or it tells me to spread it around or something to that effect.

Thank you that was nice of you.
But its still 11. I notice once you post 100 post it changes.
Was that the rep power that you boosted?

HOW did you do that if you please?
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

I have noticed that the rep can change just from the number of posts you put up. I also think that just one person putting up a rep point won't change your rep. I think it is more of a cummulative thing where it takes more than just one person to change your rep rating. But I have found most people don't appreciate the help you give them by not getting back when they fix the problem and saying whether you were of help or if they even fixed it. I help people because I know what it is like to be out of options; getting back to me lets me know if what I say is helping and if I should keep those suggestions in mind for future problems. Basically Rep is an ego massager, it's nice to have, but I would just like to know if the effort I put in helped rep or no.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

oh, by the way. My rep power has increased twice while my rep points have stayed the same. Rep points are what others give you and rep power seems to be a combination of all input. So no increase in rep points tells me I have no response by the people I have tried helping. But if I was in your thoughts you are welcome.
