Mine has been missing since the last site upgrade. Checked all settings were correct (send email notification on, correct email address etc etc), but haven't received emails for a few weeks now.
Not a major issue for me, but definitely noticed it. Would be happy if it came back on though.Comment

Since we are not getting emails is it possible they are not getting notices from here by our pleads to do somehing?

I think that was one of the things that were adversly affected when the last upgrade was installed about 3 weeks ago. Mine go to my phone and I don't always check that account so it slipped my mind. There were a couple of othere things that weren't working corrently as well, but they are escaping me at the moment...I remember now. When you click on the Canon Fax section it takes you to the copier forum instead. Still cannot think of the other though.Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.Comment
