samsung 6345

Anyone knows the latest firmware version for the scx-6345. has lots of issues where waste toner being full and backing up into drum and causing premature drum failure. drum waste toner augur gear gets broken as a result. any solutions. samsung should have placed a toner full sensor to detect when waste is full and cause machine to stop untill it is replaced, this is how i see it anyway

i cant the newest version info. but i can confirm that you have a firmware ugrade issue. you do need to upgrade it

The current firmware is v1.xx.00.76. If your firmware is v1.03.00.62 or earlier you need the bootrom patch. If it is v1.03.00.63 or higher no boot rom patch is needed. If you put .76 on a machine with .62 you will kill it !!!
