I was wondering if there was a location on the site that a person could search for a listing various copier/ printer guides - troubleshooting steps that could be taken.
Rather than having to scan through/ search in a particular copier/ printer forum.
It would be helpful to all if there was 1 location that we could search for tips and tricks in the basic troubleshooting steps for copiers/ printers, or possibly some guides on the most frequent causes of various common problems with certain types of copiers.
Just an idea.
