I could not connect nor website neither with the mobile two days ago

Now, the website is working but I still cannot connect using app mobile. any reason?

This is true. I am using Android app and getting "token access" errors and other similar errors.

Just weighing in... I also posted this issue in the "rants, raves,..." section before I was pointed toward this thread.
The app on my Android phone (Galaxy S3) has been down with a "connection error" for about a week now.

I hadn't used the app for a while, but I saw this thread and decided to try. Sure enough;

"Connection Error. Please try again later." on my S4.

Still getting this error now, even after deleting and re-installing the app on my BlackBerry. Kind of frustrating not having access to the site on the go, or at least as an extra reference on copier/printer calls.

Don't know about the android app but for tapatalk on the iOS I cleared the cache in advanced settings and that worked for me
