Am i allowed to post links to manuals from the net?

I replied to a post and provided links to the service and user manual that is on the net . Is this allowed or not.

also am i allowed to upload a one page pdf cut from service manual to point out circuits, wiring ect.

Don't want to break the rules. Please advise.
