Program for managing technical team

Hi,


Does any of you guys have a good program or know about a program that manages a technical department.


We have a business here over in Belgium. We have about 12 technicians for repairing/installing/servicing copiers/printers. We do a lot of paperwork to manage all of this.


Im looking for a program to write tickets and get the technician to sign them at the client and going back to us for the invoice.

Any ideas?

E-Automate is probably the most robust dealer management software out there. OMD/Vision is also very good but expensive. E-Automate can be had for around ten grand, but with twelve technicians I don't know how you've made it this far doing it all by hand..
