Does any of you guys have a good program or know about a program that manages a technical department.
We have a business here over in Belgium. We have about 12 technicians for repairing/installing/servicing copiers/printers. We do a lot of paperwork to manage all of this.
Im looking for a program to write tickets and get the technician to sign them at the client and going back to us for the invoice.
Any ideas?
