Does anyone have any copiers other than Lexmark installed as a printer in a car dealership using Reynolds & Reynolds management software?

I am of the opinion that Lexmark is the sole preferred laser printer/ MFP provider.

Lexmark is the preferred make of printer for R&R.

As a Lexmark dealer we've installed a few and, due to the fact that the printers weren't sourced from R&R, we've encountered a bit of resistance when trying to get support from R&R, they eventually came through when Lexmark leaned on them a bit on our behalf.

Are you saying that R&R actually resells Lexmark printers? I guess that I should not be surprised as it helps me to understand why R&R is reluctant to support other printer brands.
