daily tracking app

is anyone using an app to track their daily work?
time on call, parts used, etc.
currently keeping track of everything by hand, and looking for a better way that is less time consuming

I'm not aware of any specific tracking app for copier engineers, however we use CBS (CBS) for our whole dealer stock system. We use a phone app named Link-IT which i believe is linked/made by CBS. We have stock locations set up for car stock and any parts used are logged against system based service calls.

This may be something worth looking into.
