(epartsroom)is this company legit?

Good day, we purchased some copier spare parts from this online company (epartsroom.com) but it is asking as to verify our purchase order by sending a copy of our ID and credit card used. is it still a standard practice in the U.S. ? It is our first time ordering parts online instead of a local supplier. anybody have a review or experience doing business with them?
