    Service tracking software

Looking for ideas on a service call tracking software.
What is your company using, and how do you like it?
    Thanks!

We set this up and worked but the owner wanted eautomate at 4 times the cost.

            Re: Service tracking software

Would also be interested to know what others are using for this and rough cost on the miracle software.

So far have I have looked at:

            - Loc8
            - JobLogic
            - Fergus
            - RepairTrackr
            - SysAid

Most of these offer a free trial so you can try the software out. SysAid offer their software free for on-premise install, found it to be very sluggish but think that's largely down to limitations of our server.

I still haven't found exactly what I'm looking for. We are a relatively small company with 3 techs so just looking for basic software that would allow us to log a service call for customer/asset, print a workorder sheet, close the job when it's complete and be able to easily look up the job history of each asset(copier).

A lot of the above offer employee location tracking, quotation, invoicing and inventory management that we don't really need.
