    Multi level color click charges

    Is anyone out there using or discussing color click charges based upon toner coverage? We are considering the idea and would appreciate any feedback.

      It's worth it. Kyocera is the only one I know of that offers tiered billing which is adjustable. Xerox offers it, but it is fixed. As in you cannot change the percentages which each tier is at. If I remember right xerox is fixed at T1: 1.2% T2: 8% T3: <8%.

      Our customers love it. Unless they print a bunch of tier 3. It's protected us from losing money by those few customers though.
