    Field service management software.

Hi im in sort of a pinch, the provider of our field servie management software has decided to change their buissiness model and har increased the annual price of the software we use about 12 fold wich could be reasonable if you have like 100 technicians or so, but as a company with 5 field technicians its ridiculosly expensive. So now im trying to fins something new, preferably an onpremise solution and open source.
Is should be able to handle customers, with and without serviceagreements, machines connected to cutomers with service history, service locations per machine, pay per click, delegate jobs per techician, order management, Case management, and inventory management.
Also i would like it to output the invoice to an xml or csv file so i can import it to my accounting system.

What software are you using now?
I setup Miracle 8 years ago for a small company vs Eautomate
