Wide format Plotter Service Agreements?

Wondering if anybody out there offers per foot service (without supplies) on wide format Designjet plotters & equivalents.

We've been servicing them for years on a billable basis, & want to start selling them new with maintenance agreements.

Any thoughts, per foot rates, recommendations, words of caution, etc., would be greatly appreciated.
