A copier is a copier.. Although some call themselves experts and have an incredible amount of knowledge in one brand or one model, we all have the most valuable tool possible..... each other. Honestly, if we can't look at a machine and determine the basics to the mid advanced problems with our experience alone, we shouldn't be techs. Only the very complicated problems should throw us and require help from one of our fellow friends here at Copy Tech Net or our Manufacturer's rep.
We work on anything and everything..After 7 years of ownership, I've only been stuck twice to date (Knocks on wood.. knock knock knock) and both times we turend here to Copy Tech Net and found the BEST advice from the true experts... YOU!!
Thanks to everyone here who offers their knowledge up to a fellow technician in need!!!Comment

Owing to the market structure and location of where I am, I work on all brands of copiers. Give me a manual and the sky is the limit, I WILL fix it.

Kyocera,samsung,panasonic,ricoh,toshiba,konica-minolta,develop,oki,hp,phillips,canon
All is fine till you need an obscure part for a 1-off model, then your wishing your boss had concentrated on 2-3 reliable brands that you can get the parts for quickly.Have to say this site has helped me out greatly with those occasions when you have barely seen a machine let alone strip them down/repair them.Comment
