Meter collection software for billing

We are not a Manufacturers rep so we cant use the built in meter collection software from Canon. We are spending countless hours collecting meters by phone or from our website. I am looking for meter collection software like Print Tracker, just not sure about the different company's. Anyone using and aftermarket software I would love to get your input. Thanks in Advance

I have used Print Fleet and FMAudit. We currently use FMAudit and it is a pretty solid program. Integrates with our various systems fairly easy and the cost is reasonable. It picks up pretty much any make and model and can also accommodate HP Web Advantage. Works good for meters, supplies, and even reports service events. The reporting is also very good with auto reporting options, estimated empty and PM schedules, etc...

Print tracker is a great program easy to setup and deploy.
You can even email it to the customer and have them run it.
