Hey, all. Long time lurker first time poster. Thanks for all the assistance over the years. Just had a quick question about what the average pay out there is for the work we do. I do a more IT like position now having previously being a field tech and have been in the industry for 7 years. I'm at about $19 now. Just want to know what's fair for what we do. I work on at least at least 7 manufacturers, multiple software systems and take calls from customers for remote help. It is a lot of work and a lot to keep track of.
