I have been using an excel workbook for the last 5 years to keep track of meters and uses. I have a workbook with a sheet for each machine. This is getting to be a pain though, and wonder if anyone has successfully used another method without having to pay 500-1000 dollars for dealer software, because I really only need to track monthly meters and usage. I tried to make an Access database at one time fut couldn't figure it out at the time. Any suggestions? maybe someone uses excel and has a better method......

OMD
I know you dont want to go that route but see what they offer you. OMD has a huge advantage to tracking and identifying poor click rates, high cost per copy equipment, etc. Itll do way more for you then just meters. Ive been using it since changing over from Lacrosse 10 years ago. -
If you think $500 is too much then your probably out of luck when it comes to purchasing anything. You should probably try your hand at access again, you can probably pick up a used "teach yourself access" book on eBay for next to nothing.Comment
