    BEI system

    Do any of you out there use or are on the BEI system, if so what do ya'll think of it.

      Yeah, just begining to go through the process. Waiting to see some reports and plans for the future. Are you already on and if so, hows it going?

          We have been on BEI for several years and its great! Good techs get good bonus and bad techs well no so much, maybe they will get the hint.
