Anyone know why our eautomate dispatch time is 1 hour ahead? The program knows the right time for everything else, but when we go to enter or clear a service call everything is 1 hour ahead
The difference in the time setting has to do with daylight time adjust being set on the server where eautomate is running. We had the same problem and turned of daylight saving auto adjustment and set the time manually. Not sure if there is a better way to resolve this.
