move to Ohio MT business systems?

Hello,
I have worked for a Ricoh dealer in Cleveland area for four years and I'm considering a move to the Lanier dealer, MT Business Systems. Anyone work(ed) there and wish to comment on what it's like? They're very organized compared to my current employer. PM me if you don't want your co-workers seeing what you said.

Everything I've heard about this company over the years has been very positive. In the past when Ricoh used to have National Service Conferences, some of my most interesting and informative conversations were with MT representatives. I can't give any personal experience of what it like to actually work there but I would suspect that excellence is rewarded.
