MWA character limitation

Anyone else use MWA and OMD and run into the issue where MWA on the Blackberry is limited in the comments field to less than 20 characters? How do you get around this, but still get the technician enough info to be prepared the first time he goes onsite?

Our dispatch seems to drop every vowel, is awful!

It just seems odd that such a large company like MWA cannot open up a few more characters so that techs can get every bit of information needed to be prepared.
