getting old and need to retire. my business is paying it's own way and the young man working for me now has finished college and wants to move on. his interest is not with the copier business. so I guess I'm looking for some one that want to be an owner. the deal would be for some one to come in and work with the business for a salary and after the first year we can come to an agreement on buying. business is down to a one man operation but can be built up. right person would have non of their own money invested. we are located in the southeastern US and our revenue comes from mostly sharp B&W machines on contract. you won't have to have any money but you will have to have good credit. no drunks or druggies. if you have baggage, I don't need that. you would need to be able to talk to people and be responsible. if you think your interested PM me and we will go from there. this is not going to be quick as I will give my tech now time to get out and hunt a job in his new career so if your out of work now this would not be for you

ZOOTECH, help me out. I thought the Kool-aid reference was pretty obvious given the name the OP gave in his profile. Oh well, they can't all be gems...But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

Relax, dude. You didn't get the joke, it's ok. Normally I don't need to explain jokes, but I'll give you a clue (Alicia Silverstone reference that you also didn't get). Just google cult leader Jim Jones and all will be explained (including the Kool-aid reference). Peace...But I'm trying, Ringo. I'm trying real hard... to be the Shepherd.

I thought you knew the guy to be a swindler.
You know "drinking the kool-aid" is a common way of saying brainwashing.
And it was a little goofy to post that anyway, seeing as the man is wrapping up his career and just wants his business to survive beyond his ability to run it.Comment
