I work for a small company. I get a report once a year that breaks down the year week by week. Shows all the money i made, all the money I spent, parts used,ect.ect. No meeting or discussion comes with it. I get it with the yearly pay raise. Through the year i am judged by not getting complaints. As long as I handle my business, nothing is said. I think I left with about 16 tickets this morning. I completed 2. i was busy all day. Nobody will ask me what I did as long as my customers are happy.
