Any Solutions engineers out there care to give a ball park figure on current salary?

I am talking someone with experience of Equitrac/PaperCut/SafeCom etc.

This seems to vary wildly dealer to dealer OEM etc

You talking about selling the solution or a technician in the field impamenting the solution??? On the sales side we pay 50% of gross profit on solutions. We make the commission percentage very high to encourage our reps to get some solutions deals. On the tech side whatever your in house IT guys make.
