    eAutomate issue

    I have an issue with e Automate and I thought I would throw my question out there on the message boards and see if anyone could help me. We are able to get meter readings, but when we ask it to email the Item re-order alert or the Contract Item Usage Alert it says it sent it but we never receive it. I have checked out the SMTP settings and they are correct and working. Anyone have any ideas?

    have you checked to see if emails are going to the spam filter folder.

      This morning I had that thought, and that was the issue. But thanks for your input anyway.
