Ricoh and Konica Minolta. Pretty new on the KM stuff. Been in the industry for 21 years. Working on Ricoh and Canon for most of it. I was an IKON guy, rode the buyout from Ricoh. Finally split in Jan '16 and went to a dealer that sells and services Ricoh and KM. Couldn't be happier in my job. It's been a while.

all our big machines are Sharp and old Panasonic, and a variety of smaller machines

Xerox is the BEST!! They got it together in 1934. I think they are the Toyota of copiers. VERY reliable and easy to work on.

Canon. It has more technician support in my area. Xerox is also good but lack of support.

Update! As if Jan '17, the dealer, where I worked, was bought out by Impact Networking. So I now work on Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, Muratec, Samsung, Memjet, Kip, and whatever else someone decides to sell. It's been.....interesting.

intresting to see KM and Ricoh are the main 2 brands

Where i live these are the 2 main brands i see as well.

I would of thought Canon would be more popular world wide

Remember, this poll is only techs that are members of Copytechnet...LOL!! That said, Canon does have a pretty large worldwide footprint.

Started out in the early 80's on Savin wet boxes...then moved to Panasonic/Saxon machines. Currently working on Savin/Ricoh, KM, Sharp and some Canon.

...with the occasional HP thrown in, because my boss thinks I can fix ANYTHING!! (...I sort of CAN....just don't tell him!! I have enough stuff to do!)

9 years in the industry, 1 year in konica (before bizhubs) and 8+years in ricoh!
